Adding items to your shopping trolley is very simple. First of all, you must ensure that the correct departure date has been selected. When you look at a product page you can select the correct departure date above the products by clicking on the calendar icon. The selected departure date is also displayed in the red bar at the top of the page. This calendar also makes it possible to have several shopping trolleys open, allowing you to order for several departure dates.
When you have selected the correct departure date and have found the desired products, you can order this by entering the number of units in the designated order space. You will find a price scale to the right of the order space. By entering a number and then clicking next to the order space, the product is added to your shopping trolley. This will be visible in your shopping trolley, which you can find at the top right hand corner. Both the price, number and trolley volume can increase or decrease. When you decide to increase or decrease the number of products, the correct price is automatically used in the price scale.
When you have added an item to your shopping trolley, you can find a summary of it by clicking on the shopping trolley at the top right hand corner. At the top of the page you can select the different departure dates. When the correct departure date is selected you can enter a possible purchase order number if you have this for your own administration or a possible remark regarding your order.
It is then possible to provide you products with various information, such as an article number, a barcode, description or a retail price. The amounts can of course also be adjusted.
Is your order complete and are you ready to place your order? By clicking on "confirm" your order will be sent to us. We will process your order as quickly as possible.
When you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This will take a few minutes to be sent to you.
Did you confirm the order manually? In this case you should receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes. Check whether your e-mail address is set correctly. You can do this via "Welcome (Naam)
Have you confirmed your shopping trolley, is your e-mail address set correctly and have you not yet received an order confirmation? Then contact your account manager so they can personally assist you further.
If you want to make changes to the order placed, you can e-mail the order confirmation in combination with the changes to your account manager, who can confirm what are the possibilities. We will look at what is possible on the basis of your request and contact you directly.
The status of your order can be found in the order history. You can reach your order history by clicking on "Order name" via "Welcome (Naam)
You can continue to place your orders just before a public holiday. When selecting a possible departure date, you will automatically see which dates have been made available for you to place your order. You will notice that selected public holidays cannot be chosen as a departure date for your order. We kindly request you to take this into account when a public holiday is approaching. If you have any questions about the options, please contact your account manager! They can undoubtedly provide you with more information.
You can download an summary of your order in CSV format in your order history. You can find your order history by clicking on "Order name" via "Welcome (Naam)
If you are curious about how many trolleys and shelves you still have outstanding, you can request an up-to-date summary by e-mailing our containers department. Please add your customer number allowing us to confirm the exact amounts you have outstanding.
