AMIGRA Grasses & More is located in Honselersdijk and specializes in the cultivation and sale of ornamental grasses and outdoor ferns for the higher segment. The INTENSE and INGARDEN product brands have managed to create the necessary (brand) awareness and reliability on the shop floor in recent years. Together with the customers, they want to give the consumers garden pleasure for years to come. Growing together is what they go for!
Sustainability
AMIGRA Grasses & More considers it important to contribute to sustainability. The following elements contribute to this:
- The products have no plant packaging
- All plant pots are made from 100% recycled plastic
- All labels used are made from 100% recycled plastic
- The pesticides used by AMIGRA are 99% of biological origin
- Due to the (cold) cultivation of perennials, the production locations use almost no gas. The outside temperature is also the greenhouse temperature. Only a small amount of gas is used to keep the greenhouse frost-free.
- The newly purchased lorry fleet falls under emission class 6 (Euro 6). This complies with the new regulations of the European Union to promote clean trucks!
